The landscape concept for the Cairo Financial Centre is rooted in the aim of identifying specific features that respond to both dynamic and static spaces while enhancing connectivity and permeability throughout the site. By weaving together terraces, shaded walkways, plazas, and green buffers, the design transforms level differences into engaging spatial sequences that encourage movement and exploration. Circulation paths are carefully layered to create fluid transitions between active zones and quieter ones, ensuring a balanced and accessible public realm.
