The Martyrs’ Square is one of a series of squares leading to Jeddah water front. URBANICS team was asked to develop a concept design that revitalize the memory of the Martyrs’ in the city.  The conceptual design aims to symbolize the values of freedom. It emphasizes the contrast between periods of struggle and that of victory. The design form captures the contradicting disparity between freedom and pain; an expressive sculpture that is meant to honor the Jeddah’s Knights.
