2012 | Community & Capacity Building | Nestlé Equatorial African Region | Kenya & Zimbabwe

URBANICS worked with Nestlé EAR company on capacity development of the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs departments at the Nestlé Zimbabwe and Kenya Offices.  The Kenya office is the regional Headquarters of the Nestlé EAR.  Work included revamping internal and external communications as well as strategising and enhancing focus through developing communications plans for the sustainable community development (CSV) projects of Nestlé in the region.  This was the first phase of the project and will be carried out in the rest of the EAR countries as well.
